STUDIO3D PRODUCTION COÖRDINATOR
The job:
As part of the Creative Studio you are, as a 3D Production Coördinator, responsible for filing and manage our extensive 3D data base. You will have a key role supporting our 3D designers. Basic knowledge of sculpting and minor adjustments to 3D files are part of the job.
The Creative Studio is a 6-person department where marketing, creation and 3D design together form the creative engine of the company. As a 3D Production Coördinator you are accountable to, and you provide direct support to, the head of 3D Design.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Hans Boodt Mannequins produces 70,000 mannequins per year and sells and ships to worldwide destinations in over 70 countries. The customer base consists of independent entrepreneurs, retail chains, brands, department stores & international partners. You support our Sales Front Office & Sales Back Office team by preparing and processing all associated logistic tasks. You will become a pillar in a dynamic office environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry in our software system (orders from stock, delivery notes, tolling);
- Follow up on stock orders, production orders, national and international shipping and delivery;
- Physical and digital materials handling in a small warehouse;
- Phone and mail contact with our suppliers and customers for possible delivery appointments and/or aftercare.
- Provide all requested info for Sales Front Office department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent control of the entire Office package and various automation systems.

Als 3D-Print Slicer Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en slicen van 3D-modellen voor onze printers. Je werkt nauw samen met ons team van ontwerpers en engineers om ervoor te zorgen dat de prints aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen voldoen. Belangrijke taken zijn onder meer het optimaliseren van slicer-instellingen, het beheren van printqueues en het zorgen voor een soepele voortgang van het printproces.
